Refunds

You get a full refund if we take your listing down

Listings publish automatically once payment clears. If we later remove yours for breaching our terms — a dead or unsafe link, exposed credentials, a description that does not match the template — we refund your $10 in full and tell you why. Refunds return to your original payment method and usually take a few business days.

Otherwise the fee is not refundable

Once your listing is published you have received what you paid for. We cannot refund because a listing did not produce the traffic or sales you hoped for, or because you changed your mind about listing it.

We do not handle refunds for templates

List Bot Skills never takes payment for a template. If you bought a template from a creator you found here, that purchase was made on the creator's own store and any refund is between you and them. If a listing here is misleading, report it — we will act on the listing, but we cannot return money we never received.
